  • We do not require you to return opened or used bottles.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

  • Shipping is always free, and you will not be charged any return fees.

Exclusions:

  • Requests before the 60-day period cannot be accepted, as results may take time to appear.

  • Only first-time purchases of a given product are eligible for this guarantee (to avoid repeated claims).

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
