Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, but may take up to 8 business days during peak periods, weather disruptions, or carrier delays.

  • All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

  • Currently, we offer free standard shipping within the United States.

  • From time to time, shipping promotions or changes to shipping fees may occur. Any updates will be reflected on this page.

Shipping Area

  • At this time, Avomara ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order.

  • Avomara is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Avomara is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. Please contact the carrier directly if this occurs.

  • If you require additional delivery protection, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified.

  • To request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately at support@avomara.com.

Delays Beyond Our Control

  • Avomara is not liable for shipping delays caused by natural events, weather, strikes, or carrier issues.
